After re-applying mascara 3 different times Thursday night after class I got the call. Marcella has been Career Changed for POTENTIAL Allergies. I'm really frustrated with the reason because I feel like she wasn't even given a fair chance. She's only been there 3 weeks. Plus her sister who had the same issues was pulled for breeding! What's up with that?!
GDB will find her a great home and hopefully I will hear from them soon! I'm a serious believer in retail therapy, I wanted to go buy a new outfit on Thursday night- but decided it would be much more fun to dye my hair Friday afternoon:

I'm so sorry to hear about Marcella. That does stink that they didn't give her a chance, but I'm sure her new family will love her. My Harmony's family loves her so much and I know she is happy with them. Keep us posted!

I’m so sorry to hear Marcella’s been career changed. That’s got to be one of the worst calls ever! And what kind of reasoning is that?! How does she POTENTIALLY have allergies? I though you have em or you don’t! She would have been a totally amazing guide dog, but seems to be destined to be a special pet instead. She’s bound to end up with the right family who will love her death and spoil her rotten. Whomever her lucky new owners end up being, she’ll surely bring a smile to their face! They say all dogs have a purpose in life, and now Marcella will get to continue on touching even more lives, and spreading her pure joy and love. It’s too bad she couldn’t have stayed in longer, but you did a wonderful job with her, so you should be very proud! I wish her the best, whatever her future may hold. Please let us know when you hear anything about her placement. And of course your new hair color looks great! :-)

Poor Marcella, she really didn't get a chance! The same type of thing happened with Provo, dropping of the one phase report, but not the one BD puts out. She will make a great pet for whoever she ends up with.
