The Wolf of 650 North

And the newest V boy to join the line up is... Valko! (It means Wolf in Bulgarian.) He's a little spitfire who loves to be held. He did sleep all night last night so I'm not complaining. Here's a few "first bath" pictures until I can get a few good ones. I forget how hard it is to photograph a black dog- especially a tiny one!

King is not a fan. He will learn to love him, I'm sure... once King starts standing up for himself.

Patience is a virtue that I don't have

Well... I didn't quite make it to spring- BUT we are getting that Make Black Lab I've been wanting for the last few years.

Mr. "V" will be making his way to Utah via Delta Airlines next Tuesday afternoon- about an hour before I have to teach my first ASL class for the semester. Not great timing, but we will make it work (my younger brother is excited to get to play with Mr. V for a few hours while I'm gone.) I don't have parents or birthday, but that will come next Tuesday.

We are pretty excited... and having a playmate for King again will be good for him.

Here's the short list of names we would love (therefore guaranteeing that we won't get them.) :
